Welcome to the Blackhawk Girls Division Team Store for Uniforms

The Blackhawk uniform requirement is one top and one bottom-all new members please order both. If you are a returning player and just need to order one of the pieces that is fine also. 

Please include the following information in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box at checkout:

1.     Player Name

2.     Age Division (grades 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, or 7/8)

3.     Jersey number from last spring (for returning players purchasing new top)

4.     Type “NEW” if this is your first spring season with Blackhawk (you will be assigned a number).

**Orders will be shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail.
